Our company and products are all designed in Bellevue, WA. We are shipping from a variety of locations depending where you are based. We ship across the United States (Hawaii and Alaska included) and Canada. We hope to be available in more countries, soon

For customers within the United States, your order will arrive within 5 - 8 business days after processing via USPS Priority Mail.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Well, that's a bummer –– we're so sorry that happened. Please email us and we'll get you a replacement on the way ASAP. If you're able to, include a photo of the broken product + box so we can share with our product teams for improvements.
